The scholarships are to be awarded on the basis of academic merit and overall performance. Application requirements include confirmed offer from the university for an undergraduate course and academic transcripts reflecting 90 per cent or more. The scholarship is tenable for four years. University of Hull, UK, invites applications for its University of Hull PhD Scholarships in Business, Management and Economics 2014 from students planning to pursue research leading to a PhD at the university. You can study subjects such as accounting and accountability, economics, logistics and supply chain management, marketing and business strategy, regional and international business, empirical finance and banking, organisational behaviour and human resource management, complexity science and complex project management, corporate social responsibility, systems thinking and sustainability engineering (with Melbourne University, Australia) and systems thinking, systems science, cybernetics and information systems.
Postgraduate candidates in the relevant discipline with at least second class marks, who have secured admission to study PhD at the university can apply. The award is tenable for three years.
