After recent reports which highlighted the fact that only a small fraction of pass-outs every year from colleges in India are actually employable, a talent company has come with a test that will enable students to evaluate themselves and companies to determine the employability of potential employees.

Talensprint – a National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) partner company – has come with a test called TSAT which can be used to evaluate the how readily employable students and graduates are.

The candidates will be tested and evaluated on their quantitative, reasoning and verbal abilities.

Over 25,000 students from colleges across the country are expected to participate in TSAT. Top 250 performers will get scholarships and access to TalentSprint’s corporate recruitment partners.

A lot of colleges also are participating in the test.
