Three students from Rustomjee Global Careers get scholarships from NGO: India

Mumbai :

Three students from Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers won scholarships conceptualised by Write Step, a social initiative, to pursue educational and training programs.

RAGC is a vocational education institute, which offers various education courses and programmes, including ITI courses, and guarantees job placements to its students.

The students at RAGC belong to the underprivileged class, which makes it difficult for them to fund higher education courses, even though they are keen on pursuing further education.  Write Step identified three top performers of RAGC for awarding scholarships to pursue higher studies. Mohammad Ansari,  will be pursuing automobile service technician programme at ITI Andheri/Khar, Yatin Mahajan and Ajaj Ansari will be pursuing a course in building services and electrical programme that will help them in the field of construction and maintenance in the hospitality industry.

Arshad Balwa from the Write Step said, “By giving the scholarships to these students we want to give them an opportunity to not only forge ahead in their career, but also be successful individuals. These students are ambitious to progress in their lives and we feel privileged to partner with them in achieving their goals.” Since its inception, the NGO is undertaking a donation drive and raising fund.
