Rs 220 Mln Allocated for Human Rights and Minority Affairs: Pakistan


LAHORE
The Punjab government has allocated an amount of Rs 220 million for various schemes of Human Rights and Minority Affairs sector in the budget for the fiscal year 2011-12. An amount of Rs 200 million has been allocated for the on-going schemes for minorities while Rs 15 million will be spent on schemes for creating awareness aboutf human rights.
An amount of Rs 5 million has been acllocated for Educational Scholarship to Minority students.
