Kanpur :

The authorities of district social welfare department (DSWD) have extended the dates for filling online forms for scholarships and fee reimbursement under ‘Dashmottar Chatravritti Avam Shulk Pratipurti Yojana’ till December 31.

As per the declared schedule for scholarship reimbursement by DSWD, students can fill the online forms till December 31.

Students will receive SMSs post the successful completion of the forms.

The students have to send a hard copy of the filled forms to the office of district minorities’ welfare department by December 31 with attached photocopies of high school mark sheet and other educational documents.

The department will further send the details of each student to education department for verification.

This process will be completed by second week of January.

The education department will further submit the verified documents to district welfare department by January end.

The authorities after the final assessment of state level scholarship grant commission will reimburse the scholarships directly in the accounts of the students.

According to the schedule released by the department, the final scholarship reimbursement will reach the students by February 15. The students will be informed about the same through SMSs.
