CDC Paves Way to Women Progress: Pakistan

Women rights get shelter after organizing domestic women and Cholistan Development Council (CDC) paved the way of progress and prosperity for women to gather more than 1000 working women of the area on platform, it was disclosed by Mrs. Razia Malik, Program Manager Cholistan Development Council.

Cholistan Development Council was declared first among four divisions of the Punjab in one day exhibition of home based workers. The home based workers exhibition arranged by directorate of women development Punjab with collaboration of family planning association of Pakistan, International labor organization and united nation women development institution. Kamran Michel, Provincial Minister for Minorities affairs bestowed certificate and award to Cholistan Development Council. 

In the exhibition on Cholistani stall regional dresses Chunrri, needle work, faggoting, embroidery, mukaish work was appreciated. Mrs. Razia Malik said Cholistan Development Council is trying to provide all the facilities to women and to introduce home based works on regional, provincial and national level so that working women get reasonable labor of their work.
