  4. hony nb/Subs of ‘Y’ group have not been benefitted according to the consideration of promotion to the regular NB/Sub as per 6th CPC in orop whenever the ‘X’ Group HNS have been made equal by giving them Rs. 11138/-PM of 24 yrs service .May I know ? why this step motherly behaviour with ‘Y ‘ Group. Who are these officers and the Govt doing all these failures and making fools of retired army personnels. If it is gone through carefully,we and you will find a nummber of blunder mistakes since this Govt came into existence. I will only say it is very poor on this side.Mistakes on mistakes are being done regularly on their part. Jai Hind.

  5. Why disparity is made whereas it has been decided that Hong nb sub will get pen equal to acting nb sub

  8. Sir,
    1. I No 8430073M Honh Nb Sub Clk Basudev Ghimire served in APS (Gp B/Y Class I) for 26 years 10 months and 9 days from 22 Apr 1976 to 28 Feb 2003 A/N. During service I had passed JCO cadre also. Instead of promoting me to the rank of regular Nb Sub Clk my org transferred me pension establishment on 01 Mar 2003 F/N and awarded Hony Nb Sub Clk after retirement ii.e. before implementation of 6th CPC
    2. All the Hony Nb Sub who retired on after 01 Jan 2006 are getting pension equal to regular Nb Sub but I am getting pension too less. Para 5.1.62 6th CPC and orders for national fixation of pension dated 12 Jun 2009 both are effected from 01 Jan 2006 but it is seen that Hony Nb Sub who retired on after 01 Jan 2006 are getting pension of regular Nb Sub wef 01 Jan 2006 and those who had already retired before 01 Jan 2006 are being depriving from the benefits/financial hardship of the equalization due to the reason juniors are getting more pension than the seniors. Kindly look into the matter and give justice accordingly with reference to group, class, trade, cadre and length of service.
    3. Thanks and with regard, yours

  9. what is meant orop if goverment not consider in pension of hony naib subedar to naib subedar of all pre 2006…..this show goverment dual policy….they given pension of naib subedar to all post 2006 retiree hony naib subedar. This is Blunder on OROP.

  10. Sir,
    1. Havildars above 15 years service in Army who retired on after 01 Jan 2006 gettinng ACP-1 with pension of regular Nb Sub whereas Havildars Clerks who had passed promotion cadre of JCO (Nb Sub) and completed 26 years meritorious service in addition to that 1 year more service putforth during OP PRAKARAM retired before regular promotion/retired from service subsequentltly granted Honorary Nb Sub prior Jan 2006 are depriving financial hardships as recommended vide 6th cpc para 5.1.62 and Govt orders dated 12 Jun 2009.

    2. What type of decisions of PSA that juniors getting more pension and seniors are less? I would like to mentioned here that all Honorary Lts and Capt either pre-2006 or post-2006 retirees are getting equal benefit from Jan 2006 whereas band imposed to pre-2006 Hony Nb Sub to get pension where rank pensione not last rank held why? If the rules is applicable to each why the partial modification?

  11. 13. What to say and what not, even after court cases decisions and central govt instructions in favour of pre 2oo6 hon nb subs of ‘y’ group of indian army has not yet been given the correct pension.
What a pity. It is not understood who is responsible for these blunders
